I have sent follow up emails with not so much as a response.

Ordered a book, listed as In Stock with our Suppliers, on 20/10/21. After the official instant confirmation email , I didn't hear from them at all until Tracking Information arrived yesterday. I was ringing them once a week but they never bothered to contact me once to update me on my order. So, today I got my book after 7 weeks and 2 days. I posted a box to Scotland and they got it in 11 days. This lot can't manage a paperback. Never again.
