  Needed a sit stand desk, firstly for working from home and then to take back into work when life is back to normal. Bought a Helsinki mobile desk. Excellent quality. Exactly what I needed. Delivery was reasonably priced and very prompt. Customer service was excellent. Overall very happy.

  I've had the pleasure of Marcus and his team assisting me with the installation & servicing of my electric stand up desk over the last 2 years and it's been great. The team have always been very helpful, enthusiastic and responsive to all my queries every single time.
  I've required replacements, a few add-ons from time to time and some help when the controllers got damaged and they have been fantastic in sorting it out all the time. And they're more than happy to thow in a freebie or a discount when possible which is always appreciated.
  Definitely recommend Seated for their great service.

  Great customer service from Ed! He was friendly and showed us the chairs and recommendations. Was also greeted by the most friendly dog I almost cried because he was so cute. Highly recommended great place to buy a chair, your áss couldn't be better.

  Excellent customer service and products from the team at Seated. Marcus was fantastic showing and explaining the difference between chairs & desks and what was most suitable for me. Edu was also fantastic, he delivered the items and did an excellent job of assembling the electronic stand up desk and also explaining how the functions work for both the desk & chair. Highly recommend using these guys, they are very professional and leave no stone unturned.

  I suffer from backpain, when my last ergonomic chair suddenly broke -after two-years' intensive working from home usage, I wanted something more durable even if more expensive. My initial experience with Seated was somewhat disappointing - after waiting 2 weeks for my custom-made chair to arrive only to be told that I have to wait another 1.5 week because the headrest was not shipped, the weekend receptionist suggested there isn't anything can be done, but I am not willing to endure another 10 days of back pain, I was ready to cancel and buy something immediately from Officework. Luckily I spoke with Ed - the project director, he was really understanding and friendly, he offered to fast track my chair and meanwhile offered a temporary chair from the show room to be delivered to me all FOC until I receive my own chair. This is the kind of service excellency that I look for and although I have not gotten my chair, I am confident it will be top of the rank quality and customer support. Thank you Seated - especially Ed!
